We hope you enjoy using Camdots products! But in case the product does not 100% meet your expectations, you're free to return it to us according to our return instructions. And we've made the return process easy as pie!

No reason to return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Camdots is customer obsessed and thinks highly of customers' feedback and satisfaction. You’re free to return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the purchase date for any reason. We will be the party to shoulder the shipping fee. The dash cam with all its accessories needs to be returned in the original condition and packaging.

Warm tip

  1. To make your order eligible for a free return, please start the return request within 30 days from the purchase date.
  2. For a warranty claim, we require a receipt or an order invoice that serves as purchase proof.

What are NOT refundable?

  1. The original shipping fee and tax.
  2. Charges for the installation of the dash cam or a hardwire kit.
  3. Charges for data restoration.
  4. The amount of any separate purchases, such as a memory card.
